Return and Refund Policy
We want customers to be confident when ordering LockNMat.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a suitable solution where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition and returned with all included parts. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
LockNMat must not be installed, damaged, modified or used if you are requesting a change-of-mind return.
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any delivery-related charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a product issue is confirmed after review, we will handle the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another suitable remedy depending on the situation.
