Every LockNMat order includes standard delivery within Australia.
The price shown on our website is in AUD and includes GST where applicable.
Unused products in resaleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping information
LockNMat includes free Australia-wide shipping on every order. There are no extra standard shipping charges added at checkout for Australian delivery.
Once your order is placed, we will prepare and dispatch your LockNMat pack as soon as possible. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays and regional transport conditions.

Returns
We accept returns on unused LockNMat products in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, clean, complete and returned with all included parts in suitable packaging.
- 12 large tiles must be included.
- 12 medium filler tiles must be included.
- 12 small filler tiles must be included.
- 12 locking blockers must be included.
- Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the problem and help arrange the best solution based on the issue, which may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate support.
