SECTION 2 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product details, photos, descriptions, prices and availability as accurately as possible.

Product photos are for general reference only. Actual colour, appearance and fitment may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, vehicle tray design, tub liners, internal tray dimensions and other practical factors.

LockNMat is designed as a universal modular ute tray mat and cargo management system for a wide range of popular Australian dual-cab utes. Because ute trays, tubs and liners vary, a small edge gap may remain after installation.

LockNMat helps organise everyday tray loads, but it is not a replacement for proper load restraint where straps, tie-downs or legal load securing are required.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit an order where necessary, including where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, incorrect information, delivery issue or other reasonable business reason.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout, including product, quantity, shipping address and contact details.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, GST AND SHIPPING

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, prices include GST.

LockNMat offers free shipping Australia wide on LockNMat orders, unless otherwise stated on the website or at checkout.

We may update product pricing, promotions, shipping information or availability at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect delivery information, regional or remote delivery conditions, public holidays, weather events, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition and returned with all included parts. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the issue so we can review the matter.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.
