Is shipping included?
Yes. LockNMat includes free Australia-wide shipping, so no extra shipping charge is added at checkout.
What comes in the pack?
Each pack includes 12 large tiles, 12 medium fillers, 12 small fillers and 12 locking blockers.
Are blockers sold separately?
The main LockNMat pack already includes 12 locking blockers. The system is designed as a complete practical setup from day one.
Fitment
Will It Fit My Ute?
LockNMat is designed to fit between the wheel arches in many popular Australian dual-cab utes. Tray shape, liners and moulded edges can affect final fit.
Which utes is it designed for?
LockNMat is designed for many popular Australian dual-cab utes, including Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu D-MAX, Mitsubishi Triton, Mazda BT-50, Nissan Navara, Volkswagen Amarok and BYD Shark 6.
Does it cover the full tray?
It is primarily designed to cover the main usable tray area between the wheel arches. Some edge areas may remain uncovered depending on the ute model and liner.
Is a small side gap normal?
Yes. On many popular models, a small gap may remain after installation, commonly around 20 mm per side and up to approximately 30 mm on some tray setups.
What if I have a tub liner?
Factory tubs, aftermarket liners and spray liners can slightly change the available tray space. Measure the usable area inside the liner before ordering.

Can I install it myself?
Yes. The system is designed for simple DIY setup. Lay the tiles, fit the filler pieces, then position the locking blockers where needed.
What are the filler pieces for?
The medium and small filler pieces help adjust the modular layout and improve practical coverage across different tray spaces.
Can the blockers be moved?
Yes. The blockers can be repositioned as your tray setup changes, helping organise different everyday items from job to job.

Is LockNMat a load restraint system?
No. LockNMat helps organise everyday tray loads and reduce movement, but it is not a certified load restraint system.
Can I use it for heavy machinery?
LockNMat is intended for everyday tray items such as boxes, bags, buckets, tool cases and similar gear. Heavy or dangerous loads must be restrained separately.
Do I still need straps?
For heavy, dangerous or legally restrained loads, yes. Always use proper load restraint where required.
What items is it best for?
LockNMat is best suited to everyday tray gear including toolboxes, bags, buckets, boxes, cases and awkward items that you want to keep better organised.
