How to measure

Measure Between the Wheel Arches.

The most important measurement is the usable tray width between the wheel arches. This is the main area LockNMat is designed to cover.

1
Measure the narrowest point Measure the clear space between the wheel arches or inner tray walls where the mat will sit.
2
Check liners and moulded edges Plastic tub liners, spray liners and shaped tray edges can slightly change the usable space.
3
Allow for small side gaps A small gap is normal on many ute trays and does not usually affect everyday use.

Fitment notes

What to Expect After Installation.

LockNMat is made to be practical, modular and easy to install. It is not a custom-cut tray liner, so small variations are normal depending on your ute model and tray setup.

Between the Arches

The system is primarily designed to sit in the main usable tray area between the wheel arches.

Small Gaps Are Normal

On many utes, a small gap may remain after installation, commonly around 20 mm per side and up to approximately 30 mm on some models.

Liners Can Change Fit

Factory tubs, aftermarket liners, spray liners and moulded tray shapes can slightly change how the mat sits.

LockNMat helps organise everyday tray loads and reduce movement. It is not a certified load restraint system. Heavy, dangerous or legally restrained loads must be managed separately with proper straps, tie-downs or approved restraint methods.
